Eligibility Criteria for Engineering Courses

- All applicants must have received at least a 60 percent overall score on their XII science exam in order to be considered for a BE or B.Tech.
- All applicants for the B.Tech. Lateral Entry programme must have completed a three-year Diploma programme that has been approved by the technical examination board of any state and received a minimum overall grade of 45%.
- ME or M.Tech. – There are two requirements that must be met before applying for a ME/MTech degree, namely having an undergraduate degree and scoring well enough on the GATE admission exam.
- All candidates for the engineering diploma must have successfully passed their 10th grade or any other equivalency exam with a minimum score of thirty-five in all science and maths areas.

The annual online entrance exam for admission to the institution is administered by Manipal Academy of Higher Education (previously Manipal University). PESSAT 2023 (Application Process)
The PESSAT 2023 Application Form is now available. Below on this page is a direct link to the PESSAT application form. The closing date for submitting PESSAT applications will be announced shortly. Candidates should be aware that the deadline will vary depending on whether they want to take the PESSAT 2023 in Bengaluru or outside of the city. Dates for the PESSAT 2023 exam have not yet been released. The exam is anticipated to take place in the final week of June.
Candidates who want to enroll at PESSAT University must complete the application within the deadlines. Candidates must review the eligibility requirements before applying for PESSAT 2023. Candidates should complete the PESSAT application form with accurate information. Applications with incorrect information will be rejected. The precise deadline for submitting the PESSAT 2023 application form will be announced soon. Candidates must therefore submit their application before the deadline. The PESSAT application fee is Rs. 1,050.
Step 1: PESSAT 2023 Registration
- Click on the PES University website
- Visit the PESSAT 2023 registration page.
- Choose the course for which you want to apply, then type the applicant’s name.
- Choose a gender
- Enter the candidate’s birthdate
- Enter the candidate’s email address.

Step 2: Upload a photo
Candidates must upload their photographs after entering their information in the PESSAT application form 2023. Make sure the picture is in the right size and format; otherwise, candidates might have trouble submitting the picture.
Step 3: Paying the Application Fee
Candidates must pay the application cost after uploading a photo to the PESSAT 2023 Application Form. The following information on payment methods:
- using a credit card, debit card, or online banking
- If the payment is made online (by credit card, debit card, or net banking),
- After reading the instructions, press the “I accept and pay now” button. Alternatively, press the “change the payment” button if you want to change the payment method. after selecting the “pay now” and “I agree” buttons.
- Choose the Pay with Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card option.
- If it’s done with a credit or debit card: To make a payment, enter the card number, name, expiration date, and CVV number. Then select the Make Payment or Cancel option, depending on your preference. You will receive the payment receipt and the application’s final print form after pressing the “Make Payment” button.
- If DD Draft is used for payment: Utilize a demand draught to pay the fee at the bank. Online DD Details entry: The DD Date, Bank Name, Branch Name, Branch City, and DD Number must be entered.
- Send the DD and a printout of the online application by courier to the Office of Admissions at the PES University Ring Road campus.
Step 4: Print out the PESSAT 2023 application form.
Candidates who have registered may print the application form by providing their date of birth, registration number, and gender information. Candidates who have already registered may continue at the point where they left off in the previous phase.
PESSAT 2023 (Eligibility Criteria)
PESSAT 2023 B.tech Eligibility Criteria
According to the PESSAT eligibility requirements for 2023, applicants for admission to the B.Tech programme must have the following requirements:
The candidate must have completed Class 12 or the equivalent from a recognised board with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 50% in Physics, Math, Chemistry, Computer Science, Electronics, and Biotechnology.
Test results from the KCET (State level exam), JEE Mains, or PESSAT (National level exam) are necessary.
PESSAT 2023 B.des Eligibility Criteria
Candidates taking the PESSAT 2023 exam to be admitted to the B.Des programme must have met the following requirements:

PESSAT 2023 BBA Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have studied the following eligibility requirements to be eligible for PESSAT 2023 and to enrol in a BBA programme:

There are no prerequisites for a specific Class 12 stream to be accepted into the BBA programme via PESSAT 2023.
PESSAT 2023 BBA LLB Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who plan to pursue a BBA LLB in 2023 must meet the following qualifying requirements:
The applicant must have achieved success on the Class 12 test or a comparable exam.
According to the PESSAT qualifying requirements for 2023, general category students must receive at least 45% of the possible points on their Class 12 or equivalent test.
Candidates who fall under the SC/ST category must have an overall score of at least 40%. Candidates should be aware that a score of 39.5% or higher will be classified as 40%, and a score of 44.5% or higher will be treated as 45%.
PESSAT 2023 MBA Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must verify the following requirements to meet the PESSAT eligibility standards for the MBA course in 2023:
Candidates for MBA admission must complete their graduate degree with a minimum cumulative score of 60%.
According to the PESSAT 2023 qualifying requirements, applicants must guarantee that their graduate degree was not earned through a distance learning or correspondence programme.
Candidates for admission who are using the CAT or CMAT must have at least a 50 percentile score. There is no minimum or maximum age to take the PESSAT 2023.
PESSAT 2023 MCA Eligibility Criteria
According to the requirements, a candidate for PESSAT 2023 must possess a Bachelor’s degree to pursue an MCA. For the degree to meet the PESSAT eligibility requirements for 2023, it must have been earned from an accredited university.
PESSAT 2023 M.tech Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the M.Tech programme should carefully review the PESSAT M.Tech eligibility requirements. The application of any candidate found to be ineligible at any point during the admissions process will be withdrawn.
He/she should have received at least a 60% on their engineering degree from an accredited university in the appropriate stream.
PESSAT, PGCET, or GATE test results are accepted.
PESSAT 2023 Syllabus

PESSAT 2023 (Exam Pattern)
Exam Pattern for PESSAT B.Tech
180 questions will be on the PESSAT 2023 for B.Tech programmes. The exam will give candidates a total of 3 hours to complete the questions. The PESSAT 2023 B.Tech question bank will have two sections: Section 1 and Section 2. Questions from the three topics of mathematics, chemistry, and physics will be found in Section 1.
The questions in section 1 of the PESSAT exam will be of the Classes 11 and 12 standards, according to the exam pattern for 2023. English grammar questions will be in Section 2.

Exam Pattern for PESSAT B.des
The two hours long entrance exam for the B.Des programme will be held. The Design Aptitude Test (DAT), commonly known as PESSAT 2023 for B.Des, will be administered on paper. At the time of the exam, candidates must have their pencils, sketches, and an eraser. If a candidate has done any creative work, they must bring a portfolio of such work to the PESSAT/DAT exam.
