BHM Admission 2023

Some essential criteria to get admission into BHM Colleges are as below:

Applicant must be above 18-19 years to 22-23 years of age, while for S.T. and S.C. category, relaxation up to 2 to 3 years of age is provided.

Applicants must score minimum of 50% of the score in their HSC Boards.

As a part of qualification, English should be one of the compulsory languages.

Additionally, this is a management course, so qualities like outgoing personality, polite demeanor, responsible, ability to be committed and dedicated to a task, act from the consumer’s point of view, being confident adds bonus to your personality.

BHM Admission Eligibility Criteria and Fees

An Aspirant can pursue BHM right after completing 12th grade from a recognized board. One has to have a minimum score of 50% in their HSC boards with mandatory English subject, or a student with diploma in Hotel Management can also apply for BHM.

Admission process as usually done on the basis of entrance examinations, while some colleges offer admission through merit based list. On the other hand, students with diploma in Hotel Management can get lateral entry.

Fees for the same can be around 50k -6L per annum. While the average salary packages offered is 7 lacs per annum.

BHM Entrance Exams and Process

A student must clear examinations related to National level and state level. Some of them being, NCHMCT JEE, AIMA UGAT, GNIHM JET, AIHMCT WAT and UPSEE.

These exams are broadly divided into ability, general awareness, hospitality, logical reasoning and comprehension part. Question paper of the entrance exams includes100-200 questions and have 4- 5 sections.

Once an aspirant qualifies for the Exam, he/she has to go for group discussion round and personal interview, where an aspirant is checked overall rather than just the academics part.
